Description

A creamy, zesty no-bake cheesecake that captures the flavors of summer with orange juice and zest.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
