- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

This cheesecake can be made a day in advance. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
