Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tortellini
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, letting the warm aroma fill your kitchen.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside, letting it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in the chopped asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking until tender and vibrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add in the tortellini, along with the pesto sauce. Stir gently until everything is well combined.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through, then serve warm and enjoy!
