Description

A delightful no-bake treat combining creamy cream cheese and crunchy Oreo cookies, dipped in white chocolate and decorated in festive colors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cups white chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to help them firm up nicely.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted white chocolate and allow the excess to drip off.
  6. Use red and blue food coloring to drizzle over the dipped balls to create a flag effect.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle with extra red and blue sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set, then serve these beauties at your potluck or BBQ.

Notes

These Oreo balls can be made a day or two in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
