Description

A vibrant and refreshing peach lemonade, perfect for warm-weather gatherings and summer parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
  • 45 fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint + more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your lemonade according to the directions for homemade lemonade, then set aside or chill.
  2. Wash and slice the fresh peaches, taking care to remove the pit. Reserve about a quarter of the peach slices for the pitcher and to use as a garnish later.
  3. Combine the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade mixture and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint in a blender. Blend until smooth and dreamy.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into a pitcher and, if you prefer a thinner lemonade, feel free to strain it through a fine sieve for a silkier finish.
  5. Add the remaining lemonade to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  6. Toss in some fresh peach slices and lemon slices for a beautiful presentation.
  7. Garnish each glass with additional fresh mint and peach slices. Add ice to the pitcher or pour the lemonade over cups of ice to keep it chilled and refreshing.

Notes

This Peach Lemonade can be made ahead! Prepare the peach purée and lemonade in advance, and mix just before serving for the best freshness. Use frozen peaches if fresh ones are unavailable.
