Description

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars are a perfect blend of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, creating a chewy and comforting dessert that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Spread the remaining batter on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and center is set.
  11. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
