- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped (or whole if you prefer)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix the creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Incorporate the baking powder and salt, folding gently until just combined.
- Blend in the chocolate chips and half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle remaining peanut butter cups on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then lift out and slice into squares.
Notes
