Description

A refreshing and creamy cocktail that transports you to the tropics with each sip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp fine sea salt
  • Zest of ½ lime
  • Ice
  • 1 ½ oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
  • ½ oz coconut liqueur (or Cointreau)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ¼½ oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1 oz canned coconut milk (or ½ oz coconut cream)
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, lime slice, pineapple leaf (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your glass by brushing the rim with agave syrup and dipping it into a mixture of fine sea salt and lime zest.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
  3. Combine tequila, coconut liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, agave syrup, and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a slice of lime, adding a pineapple leaf if desired.
  7. Enjoy the vibrant colors and refreshing taste!
