Description

Tender chicken marinated in creamy ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and garlic, perfect for grilling or baking any time of the year.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and placing them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed to create a creamy marinade.
  3. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken pieces and toss to ensure each piece is well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. While the grill is heating, thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers.
  7. Lightly brush the skewers with olive oil.
  8. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
