Ingredients

  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Trim the green beans, removing any tough ends.
  4. Toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
