Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Trim the green beans, removing any tough ends.
- Toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
