Description

A creamy and dreamy dip that’s perfect for sharing, packed with flavor and topped with caramel and pecans.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Flaked sea salt, for garnish
  • For serving: apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  2. Stir in half of the caramel sauce until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with the remaining caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of flaked salt to taste.
  4. Serve immediately with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Toss apple slices in lemon juice to keep them from browning.
