- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Flaked sea salt, for garnish
- For serving: apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Stir in half of the caramel sauce until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with the remaining caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of flaked salt to taste.
- Serve immediately with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Toss apple slices in lemon juice to keep them from browning.
