Description

A creamy and decadent Samoa Pie inspired by the classic Girl Scout cookie, filled with caramel, toasted coconut, and rich chocolate — perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made cookie pie crust
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the caramel sauce, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan over low heat until warmed and combined.
  3. Pour the caramel-coconut mixture into the cookie pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk in another saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, and add a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel-coconut layer, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake the pie for about 15-20 minutes, until set.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serve.

Notes

This pie tastes even better when chilled overnight. Use warm water to dip your knife for clean slices.
