- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the caramel sauce, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan over low heat until warmed and combined.
- Pour the caramel-coconut mixture into the cookie pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk in another saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, and add a pinch of salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel-coconut layer, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake the pie for about 15-20 minutes, until set.
- Let it cool before slicing and serve.
Notes
This pie tastes even better when chilled overnight. Use warm water to dip your knife for clean slices.
