- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 stick Butter
- 8–10 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine chicken with olive oil and seasoning ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well to coat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has beautiful grill marks.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley; cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Marinate for extra flavor and use metal skewers for convenience. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
