Description

Tender chicken skewers coated in garlic butter and zesty parmesan, perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 810 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine chicken with olive oil and seasoning ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well to coat.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  4. Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has beautiful grill marks.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley; cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
