- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken right in the sauce to soak up the flavor.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over rice or alongside vegetables.
