Description

A cozy and comforting slow-cooked pork tenderloin dish infused with savory flavors and a rich sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2–3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker, slice, and serve with the sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For best results, slice the pork against the grain. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to four days.
