Description

Indulge in these delightful S’mores Cookie Bars that bring the classic flavors of s’mores indoors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the bars in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For best results, store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
