- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool the bars in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For best results, store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
