- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Pour the strawberry pie filling (and fresh strawberries if using) over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving, allowing the layers to set.
