A delightful no-bake Strawberry Shortcake Dessert made with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and tender shortcake shells, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6–8 store-bought shortcake shells or ladyfingers
Instructions
- Combine the sliced strawberries and sugar in a bowl and set aside to macerate for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the shortcake shells on the bottom of a serving dish.
- Top with a layer of strawberries and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and a few strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
