Description

A delightful no-bake Strawberry Shortcake Dessert made with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and tender shortcake shells, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 68 store-bought shortcake shells or ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries and sugar in a bowl and set aside to macerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer the shortcake shells on the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Top with a layer of strawberries and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and a few strawberries on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
