Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice, sourdough or whole wheat)
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • Lettuce or spinach (optional)
  • Butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Spread apricot jam generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the sliced chicken breast and brie cheese on one slice.
  3. Add lettuce or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition if desired.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, jam side down.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter in the pan.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.
