- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- Lettuce or spinach (optional)
- Butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Spread apricot jam generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced chicken breast and brie cheese on one slice.
- Add lettuce or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition if desired.
- Top with the second slice of bread, jam side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter in the pan.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
