- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup of fresh lettuce leaves
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the turkey bacon until it’s crispy. Drain it on paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
- Toast the bread until it reaches a golden brown.
- Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
- Layer your flavors on one slice of toast with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crispy turkey bacon, and creamy avocado.
- Season with a sprinkle of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Top with the second slice of toast, mayo side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
