Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread (your choice, sourdough recommended)
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 1 cup of fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the turkey bacon until it’s crispy. Drain it on paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
  2. Toast the bread until it reaches a golden brown.
  3. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  4. Layer your flavors on one slice of toast with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crispy turkey bacon, and creamy avocado.
  5. Season with a sprinkle of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  6. Top with the second slice of toast, mayo side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
