Description

A refreshing and creamy pasta salad featuring a luscious Greek yogurt dressing, perfect for outdoor picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill to the bowl.
