Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Add the cooled pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated with the dressing.
